Transport & Logistics Branding: The 2GO brand had been created to represent the logistics & delivery business of the Aboitiz Group. 2GO were looking to create a more integrated offer and needed support to create a new purpose statement and re-articulate their product and service offer. Tangible helped to reposition the brand to focus on offering customers flexibility to choose from a range of solutions. 2GO had developed a full suite of 3PL services and needed to change many existing customers perceptions of their legacy offer.
A refreshed visual & verbal tool-kit, tagline & communications system reinforced the central role of 2GO’s staff in identifying & offering the right solutions to customers. A brand induction pack was developed to engage staff, partners & customers. This included a corporate video, a brand book, and an introductory PowerPoint presentation. These communication tools helped share the Purpose of 2GO and introduce the refreshed Lines of Business and new Product and Service menu. See Employer Branding case studies
In line with its brand, 2GO’s product menu needed to reflect an integrated offer instead of traditional lines of business. It had to make it easy for customers to find the right service from simple package delivery to complex supply chain solutions. Through Tangible’s workshop, we ideated different menu configurations with management & then finalized the menu by creating graphic icons to represent different services.
While Tangible did not develop any branded spaces for 2GO, the brand promise of ‘Flexible Solutions’ would have provided an excellent starting point to develop either their retail stores or corporate offices. Think of how 2GO could showcase their suite of solutions and offer and customers and staff more flexibility.
