Southlinks Estate is a premium residential estate in South Metro Manila, offering prime lots within a gated community. The developer, Height Realty, is a new player in real estate with a commitment to delivering long-term value through the curation of quality elements. As Southlinks is their first project, it became imperative that the retail destination branding and its delivery were faultless. The 46-hectare Southlinks development will be mixed-use with residential lots, condominiums, a retail center, and a boutique hotel. Tangible conducted market research to better understand the target audience preferences. The input received was invaluable in developing the brand strategy, personality, and the offer.

Marketing & Communications

Through research, we learned a lot about the target audience’s preference drivers and the marketing channels they prefer. This was all put to good use when developing the communications roadmap for the brand. Tangible developed the logo and Visual & Verbal Core Elements, and a full suite of sales and marketing materials to go along with the marketing & communications activation roadmap. Tangible also designed and built the website, leveraging many of our insights to showcase the development and its supporting infrastructure. Tangible subsequently worked with Southlinks’ delivery partners to ensure a seamless delivery of the brand.

People & Culture

Tangible conducted sales training for the Property Consulting team. This involved a brand and product briefing, before facilitating interactive sessions to ideate further on the customer journey, as well as identifying Frequently Asked Questions from key demographics to address their potential concerns.

Products & Services

Tangible not only supported the naming of the estate, but we also tested preferred Sports & Leisure, Recreational, and Security features. Tangible then developed names for all the key facilities, including the road naming and hierarchy of road types.

Spaces & Places

Tangible worked with the Interior Design partner, Moss Manila, to prepare for both the ground-breaking ceremony and the sales showroom.
