Property Branding: Our challenge was to help AboitizLand build its brand and reputation in the Real Estate & Construction industry. When the project began AboitizLand had a strong land-bank in Cebu and was growing in both it's residential and commercial sectors. The purpose statement reflected the ambition to articulate the 'right ingredients' before developing any new project. This purpose also ensures staff are engaged in shaping projects and the business.
Aboitiz InfraCapital later grew out of Commercial Division of AboitizLand and Tangible has been fortunate to work with the team at Aboitiz InfraCapital to develop the branding and naming for the Tari Estate in Central Luzon, which is Pioneering Smart and Sustainable economic development in Central Luzon, The 200-hectare industrial-anchored mixed-use Economic Estate is at the convergence of key expressways, airports, and seaports, ensuring seamless mobility for transportation needs.
The ‘Community Life’ symbol represents the different ingredients required to be ‘Made for Life’. Each element in the symbol illustrates a natural, social, or built ingredient. The tagline then articulates the Purpose statement and was created together with a communication toolkit. The Visual Core Elements include a photo library built of ‘Kodak Moments’ that Tangible art directed and a messaging house to ensure brand consistency, no matter what the project or communication channel.
Through ideation workshops, the management team created & aligned ideas for signature features in their property projects & the pre & post-sale customer experience. The brand was launched in a 2-day event that included a “family day”.
