Rendezvous Hotels underwent a re-positioning exercise to better define its brand promise, thereby streamlining the quality of its offer across its network in Asia Pacific region. The new Purpose Statement helped align the properties and their products & experiences to better reflect a hotel offering Contemporary Asian Elegance for Productive Business.. Tangible developed the Purpose Statement together with the management team in Singapore. This was then socialised with the broader network during their annual offsite meeting. The Purpose Statement was leveraged to influence not only the marketing & Communications but also the Service Culture and Product & Service development.
A refreshed identity was developed, ‘The Dragon Stroke’ created a contemporary symbol that reflects a proud history in an elegant Asian calligraphic brush stroke. A visual core elements toolkit was created and applied to all its properties, including the upgrading of existing properties so that the brand can be consistently applied across the group. Tangible developed template applications from front-of-house materials through to room amenities. Tangible also developed a full way finding system and signage package. The communications templates also included a refreshed website for the brand The Rendezvous Hotel is now part of the TFE Group
The new brand promise was used to drive product & service innovation, ensuring that there is a pipeline of ideas that can help deliver the new brand promise of Contemporary Asian Elegance for Productive Business.
Tangible develop a signage system that spanned all the way from exterior signs to door numbering.
