Healthcare Branding: NCI Health (NutraCeutical Ingredients) offers a range of health supplements by sourcing only the best natural ingredients. Recogen is its flagship bone & joint care supplement and has a loyal following within the senior segment. NCI Health approached Tangible to build equity in the brand and help launch a new Krill Oil product.

Marketing & Communications

With the NCI Health brand positioned, a well-researched target audience and clear product portfolio the task of marketing became much easier. Tangible developed a complete visual and verbal toolkit, based on the new positioning. We then focused on marketing materials for Bone K+ and a responsive website to celebrate both NCI Health and how the master-brand relates to it’s product categories and product offers. It’s given the team at NCI Health a clear story for the future.

Products & Services

Based on NCI Health’s capabilities, its target audience & healthcare trends, Tangible developed a menu of product categories with the future in mind. We also developed the name & packaging design for the new Krill Oil product: ‘Bone K+’. Packaging designs were then tested and the results helped create alignment across the NCI Health family of products. Tangible not only designed the Bone K+ packaging but also transitional packages for both Recogen & Recoliv to align all products under the new NCI Health master-brand.

Spaces & Places

With customers queuing up to get their supplements at the ‘Health & You’ exhibition in Suntec City, Tangible designed a concept exhibition stand showing off the new NCI Health and product brands. We also created inspirational tear sheets samples for a future retail out.
