TSky is a residential & mixed-use property developer from Singapore. As a JV between industry veterans Tiong Seng and Ocean Sky, TSky required a new brand that would set them apart from other competitors in the property development sector. Tangible tapped on the expertise and experience of both parent companies, leveraging their ability to be nimble and explore better ways to thoughtfully design and build contemporary properties.

Marketing & Communications

The forward motion of the logo and graphic system was inspired by the innovative & forward-looking nature of the company. Tangible developed a suite of visual collaterals ranging from their website to uniforms which reflected the thoughtful personality of the new brand.
